CBT treatment packages

CBT session can take place in evenings and weekends. I work with adults and with children/young people (8-18). In the case of children, I include joint sessions with the parents as well as private one-on-one sessions, to bring a holistic approach that is solution focused.

The number of CBT sessions a person may need will vary depending on what they are experiencing and what kinds of goals they set out to achieve. There are packages on offer of one, six or twelve CBT sessions.

The total number of sessions needed is agreed together in the first session. Please note that change can take time and overcoming some situations, especially traumatic experiences, needs more in-depth and intensive work, so each packages is priced accordingly.

Consultancy

I also offer consultancy in a range of areas from life skills support, counselling, and advice for managing anxiety and stress. Each session is tailored to what you need. I can also connect you with the right services for you if you need additional support.

All payments must be made in full before the session.
There are also set payments for anyone receiving benefits:
Booster sessions

When you have completed the full treatment, the next step is for you to take on what you have learnt, see how you are able to manage and continue to work on overcoming anxieties and fears using techniques and tools from the sessions. If, however, at any time you have a setback and require support or advice, or you recognize a change in your behavior, you can also come back for a booster session
